Our task was to envision a refined neighborhood by the water, embraced by beautiful natural surroundings, nestled between Bergen and Alkmaar in The Netherlands. Previously known as Kanaaldijk, this area has been revitalized with a fresh perspective and renamed by BPD as Buitenvaart.
our solution
Our team created visualizations of the neighborhood concept, featuring five buildings: De Kade, De Sluis, De Boei, De Vaart, and De Baak. Our goal was to illustrate its liveliness while highlighting its serene natural setting.

Interiors are as important as exteriors, which is why our team focused on also highlighting the cozy ambiance of the apartments.
