Degroote Vastgoed stood up to the challenge to build one of Ostend's largest real estate projects. We were asked to assist them in their story by creating the visual marketing material. Eventually we pulled a rabbit out of our hat and gave them more than they asked for. High-end cgi's, a full on Showreal showroom experience and animations to mesmerize potential buyers.
With Sky District, Degroote upgraded the area around Ostend's train station. With a full reconstruction (car free) of the landscape, and buildings with over 1000 apartments, offices and retail, it's said to be one of the most iconic real estate projects on the Belgian coast.

Degroote headquarters
The offices of Degroote were moved to the Skytower One. Nanopixel assisted them and the architects of Van Damme Vandeputte in order to give them the best possible office they could wish for.
